Terry is an executive practitioner, leadership scholar, writer, and teacher whose work integrates Christian formation, followership research, organizational culture, and more than two decades of leadership experience in ministry, manufacturing, construction, and executive operations.
His work helps leaders become the kind of people others can faithfully follow—and helps organizations build cultures where people, systems, and mission align.
