At the center of this work is a simple but often neglected truth:

About Dr. Terry LaMasters
Dr. Terry LaMasters is a leadership scholar, author, and organizational practitioner with more than three decades of experience in ministry and leadership development.
His work brings together academic research, theological reflection, and real-world leadership practice, helping leaders bridge the gap between what they believe and how they lead.
His doctoral research at Liberty University produced the Christ-Centered Followership Paradigm, a framework that repositions followership as the foundation of effective leadership.
Across pastoral ministry, organizational leadership, and leadership development, his work has consistently focused on forming leaders who are grounded in Scripture, shaped by conviction, and faithful in practice.
He and his wife, Cheryl, have been married for over 35 years and continue to invest in leaders and communities with a shared commitment to the gospel.
